SHIPPING RATE

• Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday - Friday) using DHL. DHL delivery standard is 2 - 7 days.
• We ship from Japan so we have to charge shipping fees to cover the ever increasing costs. For countries that do not collect duties & import taxes, shipping cost will be as follows:
• For orders with just 1 product, shipping is $19.99
• For orders with 2 products, shipping is $9.99
• For orders with 3+ products, shipping is free

DUTY & IMPORT TAX COUNTRIES (Canada, EU countries, Norway, China, Taiwan)

• Unfortunately, shipping is $29.99 no matter how many products are ordered due to DHL's high duty-related fees which is 3000 yen (~ $23USD) not including the shipping cost. 
• Import taxes and duties will be applied in addition to the above at checkout for these countries. 

DELIVERY

• Orders placed before 10am during store hours (Monday - Friday) will be process the shipping the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be process next day we are open.
• When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
