SHIPPING RATE

• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using USPS. USPS delivery standard is 2 - 5 business days within the USA.
• We now ship from the USA so we are able to offer lower rates for locations within the USA (yay!). Shipping is $9.99 for orders $71.99 and under, and FREE for orders $72 and over within the USA.
• For International Shipping rates outside the USA, we offer the following for countries that do NOT collect duties & import taxes:
• For orders under USD $100 shipping is USD $19.99
• For orders over USD $100 shipping is USD $9.99
• PLEASE NOTE: International shipping deals presented above can not be combined with any other discount codes. If you use a discount code, you will not get Free Shipping on top of the discount. Please choose whichever works best for you.

DUTY & IMPORT TAX COUNTRIES

• Unfortunately for now, countries WITH duties will still be charged $19.99 for shipping no matter the order value as we are not calculating enough VAT & import duties at checkout due to system limitations. We are working on changing this by late Spring 2024.
• VAT and import duties will also be applied in addition to the above at checkout for these countries. 

DELIVERY

• Orders placed before 10am during store hours (Monday - Friday) will be process the shipping the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be process next day we are open.
• When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
