Scalpcare is skincare for your head. Approach shampooing your hair as if you were cleansing your face of makeup, dirt and debris from your day to reset your skin.
1. Pump product into wet hands and mix the formula on your palm in a quick, circular motion to create a thick, fine, foamy lather (see product image #5).
2. Then, apply generously all over your hair and head, using your fingertips (but avoid scratching with your nails!) to massage the foam into the scalp.
NOTE: Massaging and stimulating the scalp not only deeply cleans each hair follicle, which is great for hair growth and health, but it is also good for your scalp and overall wellbeing (relieves stress & tension, improves blood circulation to head & neck, lowers blood pressure, etc.) So, enjoy this step as a great self-care ritual and try not to rush through.

As per the directions above, don't use your nails when you are doing the massage. Make sure you are massaging with your finger tips. Also, instead of "rubbing" the scalp, the ideal motion may feel like you are "moving" the scalp a little bit as you massage the head. If you hold a lot of tension in your head or have high levels of stress, you may find that this is hard to do - which means that you need the scalp & head massage all the more!
