DISTRIBUTOR TERMS
1. Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale pricing is managed independently from retail channels. Promotional activity on our website or other platforms does not apply to wholesale pricing.
2. Payment
Payment is accepted via PayPal or bank transfer.
3. Shipping
We ship internationally to over 160 countries. Shipping costs vary depending on destination and order volume.
4. Fulfillment Timeline
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our Japanese warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3–14 days, depending on destination.
5. Claims and Damages
Any issues with damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Verified cases will be resolved with replacement or refund.
6. Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges once products have been delivered, except in cases of verified damage or error.
7. Pre-orders
Pre-orders are accepted only in select cases and require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once confirmed.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by events outside of our control, including natural disasters, public disruptions, or logistics interruptions. In such cases, shipments may be delayed accordingly.
9. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
